1. Members of out-of-state Audiology associations may register at member rates using the form available in the conference brochure. Proof of membership must be received with conference registration prior to February 12th, 2011.
   
   
2. Student's wishing to volunteer to work at the conference and qualify for complimentary admission should complete registration above and contact Kristin Musser at kmusser1@fairview.org.
   
   
3. Student volunteers are not eligible for continuing education credit. One ticket to the President's Reception is complimentary only for student volunteers with duties at that time. Others may attend for $50 each (purchase "additional" tickets above).
