BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS: Preferential booth assignments will be given to PLATINUM level sponsors. Following PLATINUM sponsors, booth location choice will be given to exhibitors in the order in which registration is received (not when payment is received). Please indicate any special consideration that should be given to your placement. Late registrations will be assigned exhibit space as it is available.

1:30 pm, Exhibitors can check in at registration table and begin set-up of exhibitor booth
4:15 pm, Final classroom session ends and exhibit hall opens
6:00 pm, Silent auction closes
6:30 pm, Cocktail hour with exhibitors begins and exhibit hall closes. Silent auction purchases claimed; door prizes awarded to attendees (must be present to win)
7:00-9:00 pm, President’s Address, State of MAA, Awards and Honors, followed by dessert and cocktails
Exhibit Hall Trivia cards will be completed by attendees. The attendee will be required to ask you a specific question, and within your answer they will need to record a key word on their trivia card. Completed cards will be turned in and eligible to win door prizes provided by the Minnesota Academy of Audiology (MAA). Please provide three (3) different questions about your company, products or services, and key word answers to each question in your registration.
The President's Reception on Friday night is open to two guests per sponsor/exhibitor, included in the registration fee. Additional guests will be charged $50 per participant to attend the reception. PLEASE INDICATE IN YOUR REGISTRATION IF ANY OF YOUR EXHIBITORS WILL BE ATTENDING THE RECEPTION AND HOW MANY.
Standard room reservations are available. Please contact the Marquette Hotel to make a reservation. You can book online using this link or call the hotel at 612-333-4545 and mention the MAA. Our hotel room rate is $149+ per night. Reservations must be made by January 4th, 2017.
Parking is complimentary.
The hotel will accept delivery seven (7) business days prior to the event. Packages shipped to the hotel will be placed in the Universe room at the beginning of the conference that day. Please make sure your shipments are labeled as detailed below.

Outbound shipment arrangements should be made onsite with the hotel's business center attendant. They will coordinate pickup and shipping of any packages you need to have returned.
If you are driving and transporting packages yourself, you should use the loading dock entrance to bring packages into the building and avoid bringing them through the hotel lobby. Instructions and directions are included below:
Sponsors/exhibitors are encouraged to hold CE events in the Twin Cities area on Thursday, January 26, 2017. Any attendees of a Thursday CE event hosted by an individual manufacturer or vendor who is not a current member of the MAA will be able to attend the conference at the MAA member rate. Sponsors/exhibitors who participate in this partnership will be listed as Continuing Education Partners in the directory included in the attendee registration folders and further acknowledged at the conference in signs thanking you for your participation. Your pre-conference seminar will be listed on the conference page of the Minnesota Academy of Audiology website (your information will be added as it is received).
Pre-conference seminars will also be listed in promotional mailings if your information is received by us prior to December 1, 2017.
