Exhibit space consists of a skirted table measuring 6 feet by 30 inches for each sponsor. The exhibit hall is fully carpeted and well lit. Electrical hookups are available; please indicate electricity on your registration pages.
Preferential booth assignments will be given to PLATINUM level sponsors. Following PLATINUM sponsors, booth location choice will be given to exhibitors in the order in which registration is received (not when payment is received). Please indicate any special consideration that should be given to your placement. Late registrations will be assigned exhibit space as it is available.
Exhibit Hall Technology Expo Updates will be completed by UMAC attendees. Each attendee will be required to attend five booths per hour and identify two learning objective per booth in order to obtain CEUs. Please provide two (2) learning objectives about your company, products, or services that you plan to discuss during the Technology Expo.
The President's Reception on Thursday night is open to two guests per sponsor/exhibitor, included in the registration fee. Additional guests will be charged $30 per participant to attend the reception. PLEASE INDICATE IN YOUR REGISTRATION IF ANY OF YOUR EXHIBITORS WILL BE ATTENDING THE RECEPTION AND HOW MANY.
Standard room reservations are available. Please contact the venue to make a reservation. Please note, room blocks have not been reserved.
Parking is complimentary.
Exhibitor materials can be sent to the venue, scheduled to arrive no earlier than two days before the Conference. Ship them to: Westin Edina Galleria, 3201 Galleria, Edina, MN 55435 with attention to Melanie Pavlow and the name of the event.
After the Technology Expo, the space will be reset for our Dinner and Awards Banquet. In light of this, exhibitors will need to tear down and pack all equipment and supplies immediately following the Expo. We will have a scheduled FedEx pick up.
Sponsors/exhibitors are encouraged to hold CE events in the Twin Cities area on Saturday, February 22, 2020. Sponsors and exhibitors who participate in this partnership will be listed as Continuing Education Partners in the directory included in the attendee registration folders, and further acknowledged at the conference in signs thanking you for your participation. Your pre-/post-conference seminar will be listed on the conference page of the Minnesota Academy of Audiology website (your information will be added as it is received).
Pre-/post-conference seminars will also be listed in promotional mailings if your information is received by us prior to January 1, 2020. Partnership attendees must register for the conference in advance.
