MAA Membership 

Membership in the Minnesota Academy of Audiology (MAA) is based on the calendar year, from January 1 to December 31. Please read the information below prior to renewing your membership or completing the new member application. 

Renewing /Reactivating Members

Your member profile remains in the MAA database, regardless of how long your membership has lapsed. To renew or reactivate: 

1. Login at the top of the screen.
   
2. After you have logged in, your name will appear at the top of the screen. Click on your name to view your Profile. 
   
3. Click on the Renew button on your Profile page and complete the online renewal process.
4. Please verify and update all contact information.

New Members

We are pleased to welcome you to the MAA! Click the Membership Application button below to apply online.

New Member Incentive Program: New in-state fellow members, recent audiology (Au.D.) graduates, and audiologists who have never been a member of MAA are eligible for a complimentary second year of membership at no charge after joining and paying for your first year. Complete the membership application process online and your membership will then be reviewed to ensure you meet criteria. Once approved, your second year of complimentary membership at no charge will be granted.

Important Tax Notice: In accordance with Internal Revenue Code Section 6033(e), we estimate that 100% of your membership dues are attributable to lobbying and political activities and are not deductible as a business expense for federal income tax purposes.

Student Membership

Recent Graduates: If you were a student member and have graduated during the previous year's membership period, congratulations! PRIOR TO RENEWING, please login and view your Profile page. Click the Edit profile button on your Profile page to update your membership classification. After your new membership classification is correctly displayed on your Profile page, click the Renew button to complete the renewal process following the “New Member Incentive Program” instructions described above.

New Student Members: Full-time students in training for careers in Audiology are invited to become MAA members. Click the Membership Application button above to register online.

Returning Student Members: Follow the instructions for Renewing/Reactivating Members described above.
